527,004. Windows. STODDART, W. Sept. 18, 1939, No. 26058. [Class 20 (iii)] A panel for use in replacing a window in case of emergency comprises a framework of cardboard, plywood, or similar lightweight material 3 surrounding spaces filled with flexible transparent sheet material 2 such as celluloid, cellulose acetate, mica, or that known under the Registered Trade Mark "Cellophane." The transparent material may be sandwiched between a pair of superimposed frames which should be of sufficient width to allow of being trimmed to a suitable size to fit a window. Parallel bars 4 may be left between opposite margins 3.
