Abstract
486,677. Vapour burners. ERLACH, O., and SPILLERN, O. Jan. 18, 1937, No. 1445. Convention date, Jan. 17, 1936. [Class 75 (i)] The cylindrical burner 2 and vaporizer 1 contain coiled screens 4 and are arranged in stepped relation beneath the heating plate 16 of a stove. The fuel is supplied by air pressure from a tank 10 past a regulating valve 11 to the vaporizer and the vapour is led by a pipe 8 to the burner. The flames burning at the nozzles 9 impinge partly on the vaporizer and partly on the heating plate. The delivery pipe 12 of the tank is fitted with a ball valve 13. When the tank is to be refilled it is laid on its side and fuel is poured through an angular funnel into the pipe 12.
