Abstract

484,934. Vehicle-window regulators. WILMOT-BREEDEN, Ltd., and SPICER, H. J. Dec. 8, 1936, No. 33660. [Class 20 (iii)] A window regulator for sliding vehicle windows is provided. with one or more of the rollers g spring-pressed and movable in the plane of the sash to facilitate assembly and to prevent rattling. As shown in the drawings three rollers are provided on the T-piece connector b, one engaging the upper surface and two the lower surface of the curved extension f of the bottom rail. The upper roller is mounted in a slot and pressed by a spring j. The spring may be secured beneath projections k and bear on a groove of the roller spindle g. When mounted the spring is secured against displacement by a screw m.
