Abstract

476,479. Toothbrushes; hand - tool handles. CHIAVARO, A. May 8, 1936, No. 19144/37. Divided out of and addition to 471,387 under which a Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Dec. 1, 1936. [Classes 19 and 61 (i)] A toothbrush of the type described in Specification 471,387 with bristles 23, Fig. 1a, graded off in length towards the end of the handle 1<11> and other bristles 2, Fig. 1b of equal length are now mounted on separate handles 1<11>, 1<1> instead of the same handle as in the prior Specification. The handles are of such resilient material as to prevent any pressure exceeding 50 grammes in weight being exerted upon the crown of the teeth regardless of any force exerted by the user. The handles 1<11>, 1<1> are curved to facilitate cleaning of the teeth.
