Abstract

473,509. Atomizers. JONES, G. M. G., and HINGSTON, W. H. Sept. 29, 1936, No. 26436. [Class 69 (iii)] A hand-operated atomizer of the kind in which liquid is ejected from a vessel 1 and atomized by an air blast is provided with a head 5 on which screws a cap 12 which simultaneously closes the liquid passage, compressed air passage and an air vent. The head 5 carries a dip tube communicating with a tube 6 around which is an annular air passage connected bv a tube 10 to a bulb 9. The air and liquid passages and a vent 11 terminate in a plane surface 8 at the top of the head 5 against which a cork washer may be clamped by the cap 12. The bulb 9 may be constructed as described in Specification 472,702.
