Abstract
461,212. Thermionic valves. M-O VALVE CO., Ltd., and LE ROSSIGNOL, R. Dec. 5, 1935, No. 33801. [Class 39 (i)] A member such as a filamentary cathode or grid which has to be tensioned and insulated is tensioned and insulated by a spring of fused quartz. The invention is particularly applicable to valves where the temperature of the spring may exceed 600‹ C. Specifications 6803/06 and 27543 /07, [both in Class 39], are referred to.
