[Class 38 (ii)] The Specification appears to relate to an arrangement in which a condenser 3 in series in the grid circuit is charged by grid current to give a negative bias, particularly in arrangements in which the grid circuits are separate, and consists in dimensioning the various elements in the grid circuit such that (R/2L)<2> is not less than l/ L.C. , where R is the total resistance, C is the capacity and L is the inductance in the grid circuit.
