425,428. Cooking-apparatus. WALTERSPIEL, A., 4, Maximilianstrasse, Munich, Germany. Jan. 12, 1934, No. 1225. [Class 28 (i)] A rotary member for carrying food whilst cooking, comprises four longitudinal members 9 having end axles 8 and superposed hooks 16, on which the food, e.g. sausages 17 or bread slices 18, are supported without penetration. Plates 12, connecting the members 9, have central holes through which may be inserted, the bones 15 of cutlets 14. The plates 12 may be omitted, and large pieces of meat may be held between long springy side walls which replace the members 9. In a modification, a single cranked rod-member 9 has superposed hooks arranged to be inserted into the cavities of poultry.
