423,230. Paint &c. tins. BROWNE, E. W., 23, Worthing Street, Hull. Sept. 6, 1934, No. 25641. [Classes 66 and 125 (iii)] The dished lids c of paint &c. tins of the kind having an annular seating ring b attached thereto by being rolled with the edge to form a bead h are secured in place by means of clips which are formed with curled lower portions e terminating in concave ends g formed into sharp edges f and adapted to engage under the beads, the upper parts d of the clips being bent over the edge of the lid to lie against the inner face.
