[Class 100 (ii)] In manifolding - apparatus comprising a mirrorscript original 3 mounted on a printing- roller 1 and clamped at the leading edge only, a pressing-device is provided which folds the original over at its clamped border and holds it against the periphery of the drum so that the unclamped end of the original is prevented from flapping. The pressing-device shown consists of rollers 6 mounted in spring-pressed arms fixed to a spindle 5. The rollers may be displaceable along the spindle to avoid contact with the script where the lines extend circumferentially around the drum. Specification 390,804 is referred to.
