Abstract

403,176. Flower pots. SMITH, A., 112, Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff-on-Sea. Aug. 15, 1932, No. 22901. [Class 6 (ii).] A flower pot comprises an outer conical member a open at the lower end and an inner conical member b supported in the outer member by contact of its larger diameter with the interior of the pot a or with a bead or projection thereon so that its lower end does not project below the lower end of the pot, openings or recesses d being provided on the periphery of the member b at its larger end. The member b has an opening c at its smaller end which may be partly closed by an integral or removable grid ; the member may also be used in an inverted position resting on a bead e on the pot a. In a modification, Fig. 5, the member b is of dish-like form.
