Abstract
402,673. Sifting-apparatus. PASCALL, F., 156, Charing Cross Road, London. May 16, 1933, No. 14112. [Classes 23, 59, and 117.] In sifting-apparatus of the kind described in Specification 399,300, the material is distributed to the rotors 3 on the shaft 2 by a conical hopper 5 the delivery from which is regulated by a disk 23 which is adjustable longitudinally on the shaft and carries fingers 26 to act also as an agitating device. The shaft may also carry in advance of the disk one or more screw propeller arms 29 the pitch of which may be adjustable.
