401,690. Imitation fires. DEAN, W. E. G., Radiator House, Victoria Bridge, Manchester, and CAMPBELL, J. W., Ceeco Works, Jane Street, Rochdale. May 14, 1932, No. 13893. [Class 126.] Imitation fuel for artificial fires comprises a slab or layer of papier machÚ moulded with knobs or projections and coloured to represent the fuel, and provided with a number of apertures 4, through which passes the light from one or more lamps behind the slab. The Provisional Specification refers to the use of other materials such as asbestos, cement, and plaster, and to " fuel " formed of pieces cemented together or mounted on a frame.
