[Classes 29 and 64 (iii).] In a radiator for cooling liquids comprising rows 1, 2 .. of obliquely disposed flat tubes, the tubes of one row are in staggered relationship to the tubes of an adjacent row. The tubes are cross-connected by undulating horizontal webs 3.
