Abstract
393,917. Hydraulic presses. EATON, M. M., 18, Brearley Street, Birmingham. March 28, 1933, No. 9281. Addition to 360,681. [Class 69 (ii).] A double-acting hydraulic press comprises an outer stationary cylinder 1, Fig. 2, gapped at 8, and having platens 9, 10 secured thereto, and an inner ram member with pistons 12, 13 at opposite ends and with a platen 15 secured at about the middle of a gap therein. In a modification, the inner member has cylinders 18, Fig. 4, working on fixed members 19.
