Abstract

377,802. Bed-settees. GOLDBERGM., 95, Windus Road, Stamford Hill, London. July 8, 1931, No. 19681. [Class 52 (ii).] The extended frame of a folding bed-settee is provided with legs and a footrail which are folded or erected simultaneously through coacting mechanism. At each side of frame 11 a leg 13 is pivoted to a footrail support 15 through a pin 14 which engages a horizontal slot 18 formed in the frame 11 or in a plate 12 mounted thereon. A second vertical slot 19 engages a pin 20 mounted.on the support 15. The legs are maintained in the erected position by stops 21. Springs 22 may also be provided.
