[Class 17 (ii).] A shoe more especially for children's wear has a foot-arch support 2 secured to a flexible sole 1 by rivets 3. There is no toe-cap, and at the heel a rear wall 5 is provided which extends on the inner side of the foot approximately to the highest point of the support 2. A strap 8 is provided at the forepart, and a strap 6, fastened by a buckle, at the instep, to fasten the shoe upon the foot.
