Abstract

363,127. Spectacles &c. KIRK, P. and KIRK, S. M., (trading as KIRK BROS.), 34, Gray's Inn Road, London. Dec. 12, 1930, No. 37532. [Class 97 (i).] Spectacles &c. in which the rims 10 and bridge 11 are formed integrally of tortoiseshell, celluloid, &c., are provided with adjustable plaquets 13, so that the bridge does not have to be made to fit the nose and a given frame can be adapted to different wearers by adjusting the plaquets. The plaquets are disposed behind the frame and are formed integrally with, or connected to, arms 16 capable of being readily bent to set the plaquets. The ends of the arms 16 are secured to the rims 10.
