359,241. Road-traffic signals on vehicles. HAILSTONE, A., 9, Cosway Street, Marylebone Road, London. March 23, 1931, No. 33747. [Class 118 (ii).] For manoeuvre signalling on a road vehicle, a hand 6 illuminated by a lamp 7 is mounted to within a sleeve 4 so as to be capable of swinging in a vertical plane on a pivot 25, 22, the sleeve being rotated about a vertical axis 2. A lever 12 and rods 14 effect this second motion, while a lever 16 and cable 17 serve to move the hand up and down.
