Abstract

355,150. Watch wristlets. JARVIS, F., 5, Clapton Square, Clapton, London. Dec. 1, 1930, No. 36143. Addition to 332,715, [Class 43, Fastenings, Dress]. [Class 43.] The metal plates C of the watch wristlet set out in the parent Specification are formed without turned-over edges, and the longer layer B of the strap is continued over the edge of each metal plate and down the other side to near the other layer A, and means are provided for securing the extension to the plate. The means may comprise sharp tongues or points E on the same side of the plate as the tongues D for engaging the foldedover portion of the layer B. Cement may be used as additional means for securing the extended portion of the outer layer to the plate.
