Abstract
340,931. Paper bottles. KOCH, L. B., 636, 11th Avenue, New York, U.S.A. July 2, 1929, No. 20263. [Classes 66 and 125 (iii).] A paper bottle of the type described in Specification 308,109, [Class 125 (iii), Stoppers &c.], has the upper end of the tapering neck part 1 turned downwardly and inwardly to produce a seat 5 for the reception of the closure, the inwardly rolled joint between the flanged bottom 4 and the cylindrical body part 2 being compressed to the flattened form shown in Fig. 3. The closure seat may be formed in the modified manner shown in Fig. 4.
