Abstract
328,180. Telefunken Ges. f³r Drahtlose Telegraphie. Oct. 15, 1928 [Convention date]. Multiplex signalling systems of the kind employing a single carrier wave modulated by a number of secondary frequencies. The carrier source a is coupled by lines b<1> - - b<3> to three separate amplifiers c<1> - - c3 each of which is modulated by a secondary source d<1> - - d<3> of different frequency. These frequencies are supersonic for telephony, and may be audible for telegraphy. The three amplifiers may feed the same aerial or separate aerials e<1> - - e3.
