Abstract

Adjustable supports.-In a suspension fitting for illuminating ware the point of suspension is adapted to be moved to one side or other of the centre of the hood or globe to correct the balance of unbalanced fittings. A hood H is connected to the suspension by means of a hook or eyelet E which screws on a threaded cross bar B provided with a turning member B<1> and fastened to the hood by arms A having a shank A<1>. In one modification, Fig. 3, the eyelet E is fixed to the bar B which is threadedlv connected with the arm A<2> at one end and is moved longitudinally through the arms A by the turning member B<1>. In a further modification, the eyelet is slidably mounted on a bar A<4 >and may be clamped in position by a screw E<2>, Fig. 5. Specifications 21202/05 and 28205/06 are referred to.
