317,734. Heusler, F. Aug. 20, 1928, [Convention date]. Alloys.--Copper is added to cast iron or steel in the form of an alloy with manganese or silicon or both. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) states that aluminium may be used as a constituent of the copper alloy. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
