Incandescent gas burners. - A bell-shaped fitting 1, through which the air passes so that it is heated before entering the inlets. 3, is adapted to fit closely on the upwardly - directed deflector plates 7 of the gallery 5 and leave, air-inlet openings 9 intermediate the deflector plates. Alternatively, the bell 1 may fit also to the gallery 5 and be provided with air-inlet openings in its wall in place of the gaps 9. The upper end of the bell engages a flange 12 on the hit-and-miss air regulator 10.
