Abstract
302,951. Offord, W. F., Offord, L. W., and Windle, B. C. W. Sept. 21, 1927. Clip brackets, adjusting and securing.-A supporting device for glass and other shelves comprises a member A on which the shelf B is held by a rubber-faced clamping stud C, and a bracket J to which the member A is hinged at D, adjustable means, such as the screw L being provided between the members A, J. The bracket J may be formed with a spigot adapted to engage a stationary socket (Fig. 1, not shown); it may be formed with a forked end adapted to be clamped to another shelf (Fig. 2, not shown); or it may be formed as a runner, Fig. 3, having a tooth adapted to engage any one of a number of notches in an arm K that is adjustably pivoted at D<1> to a member A<1> clamped to a shelf B<1>. Specifications 6003/90, 164,452, and 167,302 are referred to.
