301,582. Gunton, F. W. Sept. 24, 1927. Pianoforte bridges.-The bass end of the treble bridge 13 of an overstrung pianoforte is connected by a bar 19 to the upper end of the bass bridge 12, to diminish the break in tone. The bar 19 is carried on the rear side of the soundboard, clear of the belly-bars, by posts 16, 17.
