Antifouling guards. - Material spilled on to the lower run of an endless belt conveyer is prevented from passing around the end drum bv a plough 2 which is pivotally suspended from a fixed part 6 of the frame by arms 5. The plough is provided with rollers 4 which rest on the belt and with an edging 3 of soft elastic material, e.g., rubber, which is nearly in contact with the belt but does not actually touch it. Specification 16857/06 is referred to.
