298,589. Gaskell & Chambers, Ltd., and Weightman, J. S. July 12, 1927. Fixed - chamber apparatus.-A measuring tap comprises a neck 6 for connection to a bottle or other supply, a measuring chamber having a window 14 and a vertical rotating plug valve 17 having separateinlet and delivery ports 25, 28 communicating alternately with the same port 10 in the casing. Air escapes by passages 29, 31 in the plug valve and casing. The metal parts of the measuring chamber are protected by a liner 12 of non-corrosive and hygienic material. Specification 21754/11 is referred to.
