Disc, wheel, and roller apparatus; wheels.-A portable abrading-tool for finishing the surfaces of automobile bodies &c. consists of a conical core a of rubber &c. frictionally driven by a shaft b and carrying, and driving by friction, a shell k of emery cloth &c. The shaft is attached at c to a flexible driving shaft e and at h screws into the arbor of a handle j. In a modification, Fig. 7, an electric motor M having a handle f is employed to drive the tool.
