Window holders for sliding sashes. -A bowed spring 9 is suspended in an open-fronted casing 2 by means of a bent end 10 engaging a projection 11 or pin &c. and is adapted to engage the edge of a sliding sash and hold same in any position. The lower end of the casing is partially closed.
