243,842. Partridges, Ltd., and Mills, K. Sept. 25, 1924. Valveless pumps; suction reservoirs.-In a lubricator of the kind in which grease is extruded at high pressure from a container by a plunger of relatively small diameter operating in the bore of the delivery nozzle, a spring-pressed piston f in the container a forces the grease towards the nozzle b. The plunger c which expels the grease from the nozzle b is connected to a handle d slidably mounted on the container and pressed outwardly by a spring e. When not in use, the plunger may be locked in the forward position to close the nozzle by means of a bayonet joint h, j provided with a lateral slot k. Specification 109,655, [Class 102 (ii), Water &c., Raising &c.], is referred to.
