Materials, special, fabrics containing; yarns specially treated, fabrics with.-Balata belting is made by impregnating threads of any kind such as cotton, jute, or paper with a solution of balata drying the threads and, after weaving, welding them together by heat and pressure to form a homogeneous product. The belting thus made may be coated in the usual way.
