Abstract

237,684. Herbert, Kershaw, & Co., Ltd., and Toye, A. H. May 30, 1924. Curtains, suspending. - A curtain runner is formed of a sheet metal blank having two eye portions 25 at about its centre, the blank being bent to bring these eye portions into register and the end portions being bent to form two upwardly extending arms 16 between the ends of which a roller 10 with flanges 11 is arranged. The roller may be provided with a central flange. The ends of the arms 16 may be provided with eyes 15 to receive an axle 12, or the ends may be directed inwardly and form bearings for the roller. In a. modifieation the roller may be formed with central integral projections engaging the ends of the arms 16. Specification 223,821 is referred to.
