Abstract

227,644. Dennison, M. Feb. 5, 1924. Partitioned boxes.-Access to the hat compartment of a hat-box is afforded by a hinged front 4 which may be provided with side flaps 5, and above the hat compartment, forming the top wall thereof, is a fixed or removable shallow trav for containing gloves &c. The tray may have elastic &c. bands 10 for holding the contents in position. A hinged or removable flanged lid 8 is provided and may serve to hold the front 4 closed, or the front may be held in place by independent fastening means. Straps, cords &c. may be provided for holding the lid' 8 in place.
