Mechanical toys.-A motor lorry is provided with a tipping body which is periodically tilted as the lorry runs along, the drive to the road wheels being simultaneously interrupted. The body 5, pivoted at 4, is tilted by means of an arm 20 on a sliding member 18 which is engaged by a cam 15 on the main shaft 9. The member 18 is guided by the main shaft 9 engaging a slot 17 therein, and is connected to a frame 21 pivoted to the rear axle at 13 and to the gear case at 22 ; by these means the pinion 14 is thrown out of gear when the member 18 is raised to tilt the body. The back 6 of the body is opened on the tilting movement by means of a link 7.
