Abstract
220,865. Smith, M., and Cuxson, Gerrard, & Co., Ltd. Dec. 4, 1923. Insoles and socks. - Insoles or socks of the medicated or perforated kind are produced from three-fold material which has previously been perforated, one of the outer layers b being medicated with capsicum or other warmth-producing material, and the other outer layer b<1> being medicated by a disinfectant, such as boric acid. The inner layer may be cork composition, cardboard, fabric &c. and the outer layers medicated lint or the like secured by adhesives, and the three-fold material after being built up is perforated and stamped out. The edge of the sock is finished by binding d.
