Abstract

1490403 Delivering sheets MITSUBISHI JUKOGYO KK 21 March 1975 [25 March 1974] 12039/75 Heading B8R A sheet delivery for a rotary printing press comprises a cutting cylinder 2 which carries cam operated sheet piercing pins 11 and sheet ejecting members 18, a take-up cylinder 3 which carries cam operated grippers 19 and a delivery gripper 21 for depositing sheets on a stack against stop 27. Sheets cut from web 1 are collected in sets of three on pins 11 and the sets are transferred to the cylinder 3 by ejecting members 18. Belt 29 guides the sheets into the grippers 19 of the take-up cylinder.
