Abstract

1482372 Windows and doors SAINT-GOBAIN INDUSTRIES 25 March 1975 [29 March 1974] 12397/75 Heading E1J A pane assembly comprises a slide rail 7 mounted partially within an elastic member 6 attached along the edge of the pane, a member for pivotally mounting the pane being slidably received in the slide 7 and securable at a desired position. The member is dove-tailed and is attached to or integral with a hinge part. The member may carry a pivot (Fig. 5). The elastic member 6 may be extruded with the slide rail, the elastic member being of rubber or plastics, the rail being of metal or plastics. Furthermore member 6 and the pane spacer may be of the same material and integral.
