Abstract

139,088. Norman, J. E. June 7, 1919. Carbon papers &c., arrangements of.-Consists of a writing-board in which duplicating-medium is combined or formed therewith to constitute a board and producing copies on the back of thin or semi-transparent paper, as also means for facilitating the handling thereof. The writing-board 2 consists of a sheet of rigid material, such as cardboard or stiff paper, provided with a soaking 3 of copying-material either incorporated therein or consisting of a sheet of carbon paper attached thereto by adhesive, or made in the form of a sleeve fitting over the board. A tab 6 is provided to facilitate handling, and a flap 7 may be added for insertion into the pocket of a pad or book, as shown in Fig. 4, where the board 2 overlaps a pile of sheets 8.
