1354784 Soil conditioning composition EISAI CO Ltd and SEIKAKEN KK 2 July 1971 [3 July 1970 22 June 1971] 31025/71 Heading C1B A soil conditioning composition comprises a condensed phosphoric acid containing 73 to 86% of P 2 O 5 and optionally partially neutralized with a compound of an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal, and a hydrophilic polymer selected from polyacrylamide, salts of polyacrylic acid and partially hydrolysed products of acrylamide. Other ingredients which may be present are salts of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Mg, and Mo, citric acid, boric acid, fertilizers such as urea and pesticides. The composition gives soil a crumbly structure and also acts as fertilizer.
