Abstract

1333462 Non-woven fabrics CIKALON VLIESSTOFFWERK GmbH 19 April 1971 [24 Feb 1970] 22365/71 Headings D1K and D1R A patterned non-woven fabric is made by placing a first web on a second web having a pattern printed on its side facing away from the first web, and needling the first web to the second web to form a pile comprising fibres of the first web, on the printed side to soften the pattern outline. The pattern may be formed from one or more pigment dyes, and the webs may be of polypropylene and may be monocoloured or multi-coloured.
