Abstract

1299739 Water taps ARMITAGE WARE Ltd 19 Oct 1970 [30 July 1969] 38142/69 Heading A4N [Also in Division F2] A water tap has a body 10 for passing through a hole in a wall of a sanitary appliance, a first flange 14 secured to the body 10 for seating on one side of said wall of the appliance, and a loose flange 20 for seating on the other side of said wall, and a plurality, three as shown, of screwthreaded devices 24 for contacting the loose flange, said devices being adjustable relative to the body for displacing the loose flange 20 towards said first flange. The flange 14 is screw-threaded and is removed together with the knob 18 for installation. A rubber sealing washer or grommet 22 is provided. The body has an axial water supply pipe 30 and an outlet connection 32.
