1295425 Treating fibres IVANOVSKOE SPETSIALNOE KONSTRUKTORSKOE BJURO KRASILNOOTDELOCHNOGO OBORUDOVANIA 1 July 1970 [2 July 1969] 31945/ 70 Heading D1L Apparatus for the wet treatment of fibres, as shown, comprises a conveyor I with a working portion 3, conveying fibres 2, with devices 4, 5, 6 and 7 arranged above and below the portion 3 to direct jets of treating liquid onto the fibres. To prevent fibres from being washed off the side of the conveyor, limiters 15 are provided to limit the width of the fibre flow, the limiters leaving a gap along the length of both sides of the working portion 3 of the conveyor 1, which is closed by seals 16 mounted on limiters 15 and adjoining the edges of the working portion 3 from below.
