Abstract
1286612 Priming compositions CATALYST RESEARCH CORP 12 Jan 1970 [19 Feb 1969] 1440/70 Heading C1D [Also in Division F3] A primer comprises a burning material 9 consisting of amorphous boron and barium chromate, ignitable through perforations 14 in a member 1 when a ram 2, carrying an oxidizing coating 11, is driven against a fuel coating 12 on the member 1. The oxidizing coating consists of potassium chlorate, sulphur, potassium dichromate, zinc oxide and binder. The fuel coating consists of red phosphorus, antimony trisulphide and binder.
