1,258,049. Lattice girder. GUYREX EQUIPMENT Ltd., G. RICHARDS and R. C. WARD. 3 Feb., 1969 [7 Feb., 1968], No. 6140/68. Heading E1K. A structural member, e.g. for supporting shuttering on which floors are to be laid or for shoring posts is formed by two parallel chords 10 and 11 spaced by struts 14, each chord comprising two parallel tubes 12 spaced apart by a distance less than the width of either tube. The tubes may be square in crosssection. Plates 15, 16 may be used to space the chords, plate 15 being an end plate with holes 18 which enables the member to be connected to an adjacent member. The struts may be channel section.
