1299674 Spacing wall shuttering J MAIER 30 Jan 1970 4478/70 Heading E1S In order that wall shuttering 4, 6 may be spaced apart at any spacing in a certain range, each spacer 9 has two sets of equally-spaced holes A, V, therein, the spacings between the holes of each set being different, and the holes V being sufficiently long for a wedge 11, inserted therein, to be able to lock the spacer in position when inserted to any of a number of different depths, giving a range of spacings for any particular combination of one hole A, e.g. A1 (Fig. 6) and one hole V, e.g. V3, the spacings being from Z min to Z max. Preferred spacings, hole sizes, &c are given in the specification. Channel-sectioned members 13 are provided as abutments, and the spacers may be surrounded by distance pieces 8 with external elongate ribs thereon.
