Abstract

1,212,399. Air humidifier. PLANET JIG & TOOL CO. Ltd. 25 March, 1969 [25 March, 1968], No. 14203/68. Heading B1R. An air humidifier of the type wherein a stream of air is drawn over wetted elements of absorbent material dipping at their lower ends in a body of water in a reservoir has an imitation fire mounted above the humidifier, the imitation fire being illuminated by an incandescent lamp. The arrangement is such that the stream of air to be humidified is drawn over the incandescent lamp and is thus preheated before humidification.
