Abstract

1,188,607. Gas analysis. AUERGESELLSCHAFT G.m.b.H. April 18, 1968 [April 18, 1967], No. 18471/68., Heading G1B. A portable device for passing air through test tubes e.g. in determining concentrations of carbon monoxide, comprises a casing 1 containing a pump driven by an electric motor (not shown) and connected by bore connections to fittings 2, 3 serving to hold test tubes, one fitting being connected to the pump inlet and the other to the pump outlet, the fittings being located on a wall 5 of the casing. Knobs 6, 7 are provided to control the motor and a window 8 allows a check to be made on the working order of the device. The casing 1 is fitted with a lid 11 and also provides a chamber 10 for storage of test tubes. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 1,107,109.
