う構成するとともに、光電子増倍管のソケツトに
隣接してデバイダ抵抗と、高入力インピーダンス
低出力インピーダンスのプリアンプとを設け、こ
れらソケツト、デバイダ抵抗およびプリアンプを
防湿樹脂で防湿処理しかつ光電子増倍管の磁気シ
ールド板を延長して囲んだことを特徴とする化学
発光分析装置。
